Celebrating Our 15th Edition and the Year’s End
As I release our 15th and final newsletter of the year, let’s reflect on the growth and experiences that have shaped the Tech Leadership Lab‘s community. This edition highlights our recent ventures and a little retrospect.
Overcoming Challenges and Building Connections
1) Venturing into Video Streaming: Last week marked our inaugural video event, and while it wasn’t without its technical challenges — such as the unexpected streaming issue on LinkedIn and a 23-minute delay — it turned out to be a valuable learning experience. Special thanks to Christopher Lafayette, whose expertise in Live summits transformed these hiccups into a session highlight. His perspective reminded us of the broader global challenges, putting our technical issues into context.
2) Expanding Our Community on WhatsApp: We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our invite-only WhatsApp group. Currently, we are a growing family of ten, selectively inviting outstanding individuals to join us. Our aim is to foster a close-knit, family-like group united in our long-term mission. As we focus on nurturing this tight-knit community, the group’s expansion will be gradual, ensuring we maintain the integrity and purpose of our collective journey.
These updates mark an exciting phase in our 15-week journey with Tech Leadership Lab, a legacy project poised to become a benchmark in quality leadership for building a better future for all.
💤 Hack 1: Enhancing Quality Sleep

- If you can’t completely darken your room, consider using an eye mask. It’s a simple, yet effective tool to block out unwanted light, helping your body recognize that it’s time to rest.

- Electronic devices emit blue light that can interfere with your sleep cycle. Try to eliminate any blue light sources from your room before bedtime. This might mean turning off digital clocks, smartphones, or any other devices with screens.

⛲ Health and Well-being Hack 2: Preserving Muscle Mass for Longevity
Maintaining muscle mass is not just about aesthetics; it’s a key factor in promoting longevity and overall health. As we age, muscle mass naturally decreases, but there are effective ways to slow down this process and maintain your strength.
Strength Training: Incorporate resistance or strength training into your routine. Lifting weights, using resistance bands, or engaging in body-weight exercises like push-ups and squats can significantly help in maintaining muscle mass.
